About

AtoM (formerly ICA-AtoM) is a web application for archival description that is based on the standards of the International Council on Archives (ICA), notably ISAD(G) for archival descriptions and ISAAR (CPF) for authority records. AtoM is an acronym meaning: "Access to Memory". Consult the online documentation to learn more about using the software. AtoM is in a continuous development phase. ICA and its partners associated with the project are taking care to make this application open source software in order to provide archive services with a free, multilingual and easy-to-use solution for uploading their archive holdings.
