Il s’agit d’une mission commandée par la National Agency for Privatisation (NAP) roumaine. L’objectif est de participer, en tant qu’évaluateur extérieur, au comité d’évaluation de l’appel d’offre du projet "Development of new financial instruments for SMEs". Ce projet se base notamment sur le constat qu’en Roumanie, les PME n’ont pas accès à un financement bon marché et à long terme. Durant sa mission, Philippe Duvieusart, "fortement recommandé par la commission", sera en contact avec Elena Blaga, "deputy genral director", de la division "Foreign technical Assistance" de la NAP.
